Ever since my first time on a longboard in 2009 I was hooked! Out of nowhere this seemingly innocent hobby began to consume my life, and in the best way possible. It has introduced me to the vast majority of my incredible and supportive friends - many of which are scattered across the globe. It's taken me quite a few years to really figure this out, but the people I've met and the experiences I've shared with them have by far been the most fulfilling part of my journey.

The essence of this project is to create something we can all vibe with together. I've always been a fan of simplistic design and wanted to make something I could resonate with instead of giving my money to the likes of fast fashion brands with cheap quality, questionable global practices, and no soul.

 

I'm stoked to finally bring this limited edition project to life.

Shipping policy

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing time requires 7 days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to New Flag Design, LLC due to an undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

New Flag Design, LLC does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.

International Shipping: 

New Flag Design, LLC  is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
