CAN I SUBMIT MY OWN ARTWORK?

  • Of course! We encourage everyone to have a hand in the process. Please fill out the form to submit your artwork on the custom design page on our website. 

CUSTOM INK COLORS? WHAT TYPES OF INK DO YOU USE?

  • We stock over 30 standard colors to choose from for your project, and if you need an exact match to keep your branding consistent, we can also custom mix any Pantone color for a small charge. We also have many special effects like shimmers, metallics, puff, and many more.

WHAT ARE YOUR MINIMUM PRINT RUNS?

  • You can order as little 12 items.

WHAT'S YOUR MAXIMUM PRINT SIZE?

  • Depending on the garment and cut, our max print size is 15" x 19".

CAN I MIX SIZES, STYLES AND COLORS?

  • Yes, we have thousands of different garments to choose from & we can match most colors. 

HOW MANY COLORS CAN I PRINT?

  • With CMYK printing, we can create photography like prints (Best on lighter garments.)

WILL YOU PRINT ON SHIRTS THAT I SUPPLY?

  • Of course, we just  to inspect the items first to ensure they are printable. 

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS/DELIVER OR CAN I PICK-UP MY ORDER?

  • We use UPS, USPS & FED-EX. Our shop is open for pick ups or deliveries (in the Kennewick, Pasco & Richland area.) from 9am-5pm!  

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

  • We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

 

PLACING AN ORDER?! Here's our recommended checklist:

The following info will help us get a quote together for your custom print job:

  1. HI-RESOLUTION IMAGE - Send a hi-res image whenever possible (AI or Photoshop). This ensures the highest quality print and most vibrant design possible!  Do you need a hand with your artwork? We can create artwork, clean-up existing designs, or consult your designers to send us the correct art files.

2. DESIRED PLACEMENT - Where are you looking to place your designs on your tees? (i.e. large center, sleeve, back center, locker patch, etc.)

  3.SIZE OF ORDER - Let us know what you're looking to order.  Our minimum print run is 1 piece. 

4. TYPE OF APPAREL -  If you don't know what brand or style you want, we can recommend pieces that will fit your budget.  Just let us know the over all number of printed merchandise you want.

5. INK TYPE - Plastisol or Water-base/ Discharge inks? Don't know what type of ink would be best? Ask us for our recommendation when you submit your order with our online order form. 

6. FINISHING - Does your job need custom tags, bag + fold, or hang tags?  

7. TIME LINE - Our standard turnaround time is 10-20 business days.  Rush orders are priced accordingly.
